Product Description:

The Scalloped Pole Mounted Valance that is shown in the photo here is in Silk, Gold with Wine/Gold cord and a tassel w/ a 28"-48" Antique Brass Rod Set with Ball finials . The scalloped valance can really define the style of your room. You can make any window appear larger too by extending decorative rods and soft treatments beyond the actual window. Any type of blinds can be done as an undertreatment but the height of a large room can be diminished by using horizontal blinds. Play with colors, textures and prints. Dark, rich colors such as wines and golds make larger spaces feel more intimate, while light colors and neutrals enhance warm light. This window valance includes a standard lining but you can upgrade to a Thermal Sateen or a Blackout lining. The Scalloped Valance panels come 78" wide x 18" in length from the bottom of the rod pocket. When ordering, order one Scalloped valance for every 40" of window width to allow for enough fullness.

The Pocket/Header options are as follows: You can order a 1 1/2" Pocket with a 1 1/2" Header (ruffle) on the top or a 3" Pocket with a 3" Header. This window topper includes a 1/2" self bias tape and coordinating tassel or you can upgrade to Cord or Fringe on the bottom edge only. These Scalloped Valances will add warmth and beauty to your home. We are sure you will enjoy them for many years to come.

How To Install

Installation is a breeze. If you ordered the poles and hardware from us it will include proper installation instructions in the package. Basically, all you will need to do is screw the "L" shaped brackets above the window, sheer on the valance material if applicable and then let the rod drop into the cupped portion of bracket and tighten with the set screw provided.

Our Guarantee: Once you are satisfied with your new Prestige Toscana Soft Treatment Valances and the way it is installed in your home, Prestige Window Fashions guarantees your shade will be free from defects due to faulty workmanship or materials for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided that the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser only, in the original windows for which it was intended in residential properties only.

Our Obligation To You: For claims covered by the guarantee, Prestige Window Fashions will replace or repair any product, with like or similar parts, which are found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials and excludes shipping costs, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installation.

Guarantee Limits: This guarantee does not apply to any Prestige Toscana Soft Treatment Valances or parts thereof which fail due to accident, alteration, improper use, abuse, neglect, normal wear, nor color fading dut to sunlight, direct exposure to salt air, failurre to follow instructions, installing or operating the product. Any defect, malfunction or other failure of the product to conform to this limited guarantee will be remedied by Prestige Window Fashions solely in the manner provided in this guarantee.

THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER, AND IS INTENDED TO EXCLUDE, ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, WHETHER UNDER THIS LIMITED GUARANTE OR UNDER ANY GUARNATEE IMPLIED BY LAW, FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH THEREOF EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED GUARANTEE, THE COMPANY HEREBY NEGATES AND DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS GUARANTEES.

Shipping Fees

UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 96 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area. Excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurrs a 0.00 flat shipping fee per manufacturer.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 96 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be a .00 oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 96 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two oversized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) then there will be TWO charges for a total of 0 shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 96 inches at it is from same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind. Excluding all Plantation Shutters, which incurs a 0.00 flat shipping fee per manufacturer.
